Thoughts and Reflections on TECH

As the school leader, I must be the impetus of change.  It's important to understand the current technology and to help others implement it in an effective and productive manner.  While no two schools may be the same, it's important to pull together the available resources and to train the staff on how to maximize its potential.
Social Media responsibility should also be taught.

  1. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this. I'm curious about how you think school leaders can be the impetus for change in the area of technology. What do you think is the best place to start?

  2. By embracing and promoting technology as a new dynamic that all instructors should add to their delivery to enhance engagement, appeal to the 21st century learners, and to help personalize instruction. As far as a starting point, I think holding professional developments that help to ease the fear of technology and to tier the content in a way that instructors are introduced with simpler, yet efficient programs, so that they can build a sense of self confidence then move up the ladder in degree of difficulty.
